You may return any new and unopened items sold by Bye Bye Bacteria Corp. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
In the case of a return for refund, please contact our customer service department via email, or call 908-698-4420 to receive your RMA number needed for any return.
RMA Terms & Conditions
- An RMA number will not be issued without an order number and proof of purchase.
- RMA numbers must appear on your shipping label.
- Merchandise returned without a RMA number on the shipping label will be rejected.
- RMA numbers are issued by Bye Bye Bacteria Corp. customer service department only.
- Replacements/Exchanges are processed upon product availability; a back order will delay shipments.
Calculating Your Refund
The following conditions and exceptions apply.
- Any new, unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item’s price.
Receiving a Refund
We’ll request a refund after we receive and process your return. You can expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
